Main Menu

The Main Menu provides one click access to the meal planner, food items, reporting tools, and all administration functions.

Manage Food Items

As simple as it looks, you can enter all food items by selecting a category, food name and the required measurement for that food.  The food items can be quickly filtered using the built in filter options along the top of the form

Facility Dashboard

Start your week off by taking a look at the 'BIG PICTURE' ! This dashboard will give you what you need to determine your daily and weekly priorities.  Here you will get a clear picture of where your funds are going. Quickly find which classrooms are not at full capacity using Roll Count.  Feel comfortable knowing the exact breakdown of your children's current CACFP Eligibility statuses.

Manage Children

Quickly enter required child information including family information, parent contact information, CACFP Eligibility Classification, Enrollment Status, and Class Assignment.

Administration Screen

Manage all of the components of your childcare facility pertaining to CACFP.  These  components consists of managing the classrooms and teachers, managing your cash receipts and fund disbursements and tracking the meal attendance for your facility.

Cash Receipts and Disbursements Screen

Manage all of the fund disbursements of your childcare facility pertaining to CACFP.  Here you can manage your cash receipts and fund disbursements and track spending on a weekly or monthly basis.

CACFP 11 Builder Screen

Basically enter required child information including family information, household income, and Benefit Programs. **CACFP Eligibility Status calculated automatically based on household head count and household income.
