Software Installation Process

cytatsSoft has nearly 5 years of experience installing its software at small businesses of all sizes. As a result, we have developed a proven implementation process that provides stability and accountability to our customers.  Whether your facility has 25 children or 250 children our Professional Project Engineers will provide your company with the satisfaction all of our customers have come to expect.

The following steps outline a general two to three week implementation process that we provide for most facilities. 

Step 1: cytatsSoft receives a signed licensing and software agreement with prearranged payment method for the agreed amount.

Step 2: All pre-arranged data engineering tasks are performed as hardware requirements are satisfied at your facility.

Step 3: After the hardware is put into operation (1 week), our mealStat® software is installed and configured at your site.

Step 4: Your staff members participate in two hours of intense pre-implementation training while your company data is loaded and verified.

Step 5: Your employees practice using the software with your company data loaded to complete site acceptance activities. 

Step 6: At the conclusion of your data load (1-4 days), your company goes "Live" on mealStat and is assisted by a System Integrator, onsite.

Step 7: Once live on mealStat, your company continues to receive ongoing support as the need arises for the duration of your contract agreement.
